Ordering Information	This test is for the quantitative detection of JC virus DNA in immunocompromised patients from CSF specimens only. This test is referred to VIDRL. Please refer to JC Virus Quantitative Load (Blood) or JC Virus Quantitative Load (Urine) for blood/urine testing. If this test is urgent please contact the Medical Microbiologist on 03 9496 5964 or phone the Microbiology Department on 03 9496 5295. A request for "Polyomavirus PCR" for CSF will be interpreted as JC virus PCR.
