Glycated Haemoglobin can be tested from a finger prick collection using DCA Vantage POC device. |
Collection Instructions
|
Capillary blood from a finger prick collection is used for testing. Immediately after lancing, massage gently along the side of the finger to obtain a good blood drop without pressing or squeezing too hard. Wipe off this first drop of blood, as it may contain tissue fluid, then obtain another drop of blood. |
