Solid Tumour NGS Panel (Miscellaneous) covers the full NGS panel if tumour is not specified.
To order, please complete Austin Molecular Solid Tumour Test Request Form V10 with the biopsy number and date of collection of the sample you wish to be tested.
After this form has been completed, please forward it to the Anatomical Pathology laboratory via the fax number found on the request form. |

Require:
- 1x H&E stained and 6 x unstained slides (5 μm)(At least 10% tumour nuclei)
- A copy of the histology or cytology report of the same tissue.
