Ordering Information	This test is only available at the Bendigo Hospital and performed at Austin Pathology Bendigo Laboratory. For all other Austin Pathology locations, this test is not available, please seek testing from alternate pathology providers.
Collection Instructions	Please refer to Patient Information Sheet and Questionnaire for further details. Deliver specimen container, request form, and completed questionnaire to the Austin Pathology Laboratory, Level 2 Bendigo Health, within 30 minutes of collection. Specimen drop-offs will ONLY be accepted Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 04:00 pm.
