CSR Instructions	Instructions for: Heidelberg Specimen Reception Allow sample to clot for 1 hour. Centrifuge within 1 hour of clotting and aliquot into 3 tubes immediately after centrifugation. Aliquots must be approximately 500uL in volume. Store aliquots at -80ºC. 3 frozen aliquots are required to be sent to the referral laboratory frozen. Instructions for: Regional Specimen Receptions Allow sample to clot for 1 hour. Centrifuge and aliquot into 3 tubes immediately after centrifugation. Aliquots must be approximately 500uL in volume. Store aliquots at -80ºC. Forward aliquots to the Heidelberg Laboratory frozen. Samples MUST NOT THAW in transit.
