Ordering Information

In general an autopsy should be requested on every deceased patient, except Coroner's cases, since very frequently unsuspected findings will throw light on puzzling or obscure clinical observations. A high autopsy index is a yardstick of good quality medical care. Contact Anatomical Pathology mortuary on ph: 03 9496 5658 to discuss any potential autopsy and to speak with a Registrar or Pathologist. |
