This test involves immunoassay screening for:

  • Amphetamines
  • Benzodiazapines
  • Cannabinoids
  • Cocaine
  • Opiates - all urines positive for Opiates by immunoassay are automatically screened for 6-MAM (6-monoacetylmorphine).

Positive immunoassay drug screen results are presumptive only.

Positive results are no longer automatically confirmed by GCMS. If confirmatory testing is required, please contact the laboratory; ph: 03 9496 5254 (Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm). Confirmations are referred to an external laboratory and fees may apply
